This activity was different, and certainly the fact that we got to choose out own topics were a bonus, but overall I did not like this blogging project.
Firstly, to write a blog but have to include references like we would kind of defeats the purpose of a blog, in my opinion. Blogs are a little like online journals, they express what you personally feel, your opinions and your values. At the start of this assessment task I was excited to blog and talk about les dramaturges français, however having to trawl the internet for sources left me being restricted to the limited reputable websites I could find in French. Thus my blog took a different direction to what I intended it to, which I was not very happy about.
I think the whole idea of having a blog in French isa great idea, and I think the general idea of it is great. However I really did not like having to essentially write a mini uni essay every time, it takes the fun out of blogging and your opinion gets lost. Honestly, I would have to say I liked the previous 'devoirs' of last semester, as at least you were able to be creative and have some imaginative leeway.
